Contrary to what you might have heard, Microsoft didn't exactly sold Nokia to HMD Global (a Chinese tech company), they sold their phone manufacturing department and grant HMD Global license to produce mobile phones using nokia name for 10 years.
That been said, Nokia 6 was first announced in early January 2017 but was exclusive to the Chinese phone market.
Its global version was announced at 2017 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona alongside Nokia 3 and Nokia 5.

Visible network bands across the top and bottom add to its beauty.

NK 6 launched with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. But one of the beauty of running on stock android is that the device will receive constant security patches and latest version of android operating system faster.
All am trying to say is that the software is upgradable to Android 8.0 Orea and will receive Android P once it is released to the public.
The device is powered by qualcomm snapdragon 430 Octa Core processor with clock speed at 1.4GHz. On board the SoC powering the device is Adreno 505 GPU.
Its processing power is assisted by 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory expandable up to 128GB with an sd card.
There is 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB using external storage. But this variant is not officially available in Nigeria. You will have to order from abroad.
Battery, Camera & Connectivity.
This Nokia device is packed with non-removable 3000 mAh battery capacity which on moderate usage can manage to last through out the day.
But the battery doesn't support quick charging making it takes up to 5 hours to fully charge if plugged at 5 – 10%.
It features a 16MP rear camera with PDAF, 1.0um, f/2, dual tone flash and 8MP selfie camera with AF, 1.12um, f/2, FOV 84 degrees.
The camera does a great job in a well lighted environment but same can't be said for shot taken in a low light condition.
NK-6 supports LTE band 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40. Meaning all 4G networks in Nigeria will work on the device.
It also support dual sim card, USB OTG, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi (direct & hotspot) and FM radio.
